Enriching Colorado with the Culture of Mexico!
15 Años Unidos en Baile
Presented by Ballet Folklorico Baile Caliente

Welcome to our Quince años celebration! We are so ecstatic to be dancing today as we take you on a journey through Mexico to honor 15 years together as Baile Caliente. This cultural showcase honors our journey as a group and highlights our connection to tradition and art through Mexican folk dance. We hope you enjoy the show!
About Baile Caliente
Baile Caliente is a local Denver folkloric dance group that has been sharing the art of ballet folklorico with audiences since 2010. Members of Baile Caliente joined together for the love of dance, community, and an eagerness to share culture. Baile Caliente has performed across Colorado in celebration and honor of community events, Denver’s Parade of Lights, the Tigres del Norte Denver/New Mexico tour, annual Cinco de Mayo and Hispanic Heritage month events, as well as in collaboration for the National Western Stock show and Levitt Pavilion performances.

Natalia Romo & Giovanni Caballero with My Motion Dance Company
My Motion dance company was founded in 2021, in Salt Lake City, Utah. However, a new location in Denver, Colorado opened its doors in January 2024. This new revamp was formed by Giovanni Caballero from Las Vegas and Natalia Romo from Denver. Both being professional dancers of 10+ years, they found love on the dance floor, and the rest is history. Their mission is to spread this same passion with their students, sharing technique, confidence and community. They offer Latin dance and ballroom private lessons, group classes, social events, wedding & quiñce choreography, as well as professional shows.” For more info mymotiondance.com, @mymotiondancecompany

Eric Arellano
Creative Director
Fun Fact: He plays the violin and likes to say 'let's run that dance one more time', but really means 20 more times.
A very special thank you to my husband for being the greatest life partner. My mom and mother in law, and my whole family for being my biggest fans. And to Baile Caliente for being the greatest people to share a stage with.

Tamara Vigil
Owner/Director
Fun Fact: IT nerd by day, dancer at night. Her favorite angle is 45 degrees, so you will see that often in our choreography.
Thank You to my husband, Daniel, and daughter, Mia, for putting up with my chaos and passions. Both of which are dancing today! And thank you to my parents, Pat & Patsy, for their support and love. To all our BFBC dancers for keeping me sane and for the past 15 years of fun and friendship.
Thank You & Dedication

Thank you to Parson's theatre for allowing us a space to join in culture and fun!
We dedicate this show to Maria Garcia, our dance sister and friend.
You were one call away from us pulling you into the show for your favorite, Sinaloa. You should be dancing with us today, but we know you are here in spirit. Thank you always for your love and support throughout the years. We were honored to share a stage and friendship with you.
